Internet hearing aids can be a very good decision if the supplier is right

I am bemused at the undiscerning, blanket statements by some medical websites against internet hearing aids. The websites say hearing aids need to be “prescribed”. Frankly, most of them are “sold” not prescribed.

I have yet to see some sensible comments on this topic that advise people how to choose a good internet provider, rather than saying everything on the internet must be bad – mostly written by people who sell hearing aids through other channels. If a product is sold on the internet, for personalisation, then clearly there must be a way to personalise it, and it’s patronising to say that no one can do this themselves.  Can you adjust the preferences on your phone or TV, or does someone set up a formula based on average preferences?

Our IHearYou® system is  purpose built for that with premium quality, 64 channel hearing aids, and our testimonials indicate a high degree of customer satisfaction. Further more, we are able to sell them at much lower prices than traditional hearing aid shops. We also have a team of qualified  technical and clinical people in house to advise or provide tele-audiology services. That’s probably more than most clinics do. At Blamey Saunders hears we are on call to our clients virtually all the time.
